Hi Ken here i have a 2020 E pace 12000 klm that will not recognize addresses if you talk it will turn on the radio and a couple of other things but will say {i dont understand} to all address commands .Jaguar tell me i need to wait for an upgrade ,i thought i payed for a system that works
