Touchscreen issues

Our 2018 touchscreen went blank last night. The radio also continued to play at a very low volume. Tried turning off and back on with power button and raising volume of radio. Neither worked. Got home, shut car off in garage and the radio continued at a low volume and display stayed faintly lit but not on. This morning started car up and everything seems fine. We just got the car 2 days ago and not pleased. Anyone know why? What happened and the fix? Going to call dealer tomorrow. New here but would appreciate direction. Thanks.
