I just bought my 2020 E pace. Every time I try to set up my user profile it says "smart key not found" I cannot find anywhere how to correct this issue? Can anyone help?
Is this for Jaguar InControl?

I bought a 2020 E-Pace and had questions I couldn't find answers to and called Jaguar Customer Support 1-800-452-4827.

They are very helpful for anything about your new car.
