Hello!

Just picked up my new E-Pace this weekend! R-Dynamic HSE, Borasco Grey w/ contrasting red interior.

It was a bold color choice but I can't recommend the borasco grey enough! If you're looking for something that will turn some heads this color plus the 20" gloss black rims make for a very sexy combination. Been a BMW owner for the past 15 years or so with my last one being an M3. It was time to get something with a tad more space and wasnt completely brutal to drive over the slightest bumps! The M was fun, but the E-Pace has not disappointed yet! Looking forward to digging in and sharing with you guys.

For me it was between the Macan and the R-Dynamic E-Pace so those are the ones I tested out. Dont get me wrong the Macan is a beautiful car but at the end of the day the E-Pace just felt really unique and sexy while providing all the similar features. Plus, my neighbor has a Macan and I couldnt get the same car as him ;). My dealer didnt have the R-Dynamic version right away so I test drove the 250 when it first came out and it had plenty of pop but I waited it out until they got a 300 and had just enough extra torque to sway my decision.

Welcome to the forum and congrats on the E-Pace! How did you find the pricing on the car, because its being cited for being priced a little to closely to the larger F-Pace. Curious if dealers are offering any sort of incentives/discounts.

Thanks! I think R-Dynamic is going to be a tough sell for them and for buyers. Jaguar is not offering any great discounts on them so you'll have to convince the dealer to take the hit. I was able to only get ~2000 (USD) off MSRP along with a very low MF but that was pretty much months of working with the dealer and other financial factors that went into the deal. I would agree with the overall feeling that the P300 is priced too high relative to the competition, even its own F-Pace. I think the P250 hits a pretty good sweet spot for the demographic they are targeting, with modest options. I've driven both in city/highway environments and the P250 is more than sufficient.

I think buying the E-Pace is going to come down to personal taste/preference vs getting the best deal, at least for the next few months. It could shake up towards the end of the year if they wind up having a ton of inventory because people are just unsure about the value, as with any new intro Im sure.

That being said, I do love my P300! Its a lot of fun to drive and I get compliments on it quite a bit.

I think we have the only E-Pace in London ON. Everyone at my wife's school comments on how great her car looks. Today she even got a thumbs up at the traffic light from a guy on a lime green motorcycle.

It would be cool if you were able to find out their allocation. Often dealers are willing to disclose that sort of information.
Were there at least enough of them at the dealer?

Was in the market for an Infiniti Q60 a while back and while they were showing up, spotting a few at any dealer was difficult.
