Hello,

I got my e-pace last week and I configured the PIVI Pro. I was asked to add a profile and after few days my profile disappeared and I am not even able to add a new profile.
I did a reset from the settings menu but it didn’t change anything. Can you please let me know if there’s a way of fixing this issue?
In the add new profile menu i can type the profile name but when i click next nothing happens.

Known Pivi pro software bug. Jag is aware and there is a service bulletin being pushed to the dealers. My update came in on July 23 and I have a same disappearing profiles issue with no ability to reset or add.

Thanks for replying but will it be an update that will get pushed to my car from the internet directly? Or i have to take it to the service center?

Service bulletin is being pushed to dealers first. Check your settings for the latest version of the software. It should now read OS 2.0.1a. If it does not wait for an update as it takes several weeks to synchronize with Jag software bases. I have a standing appointment at my dealer who is also waiting for the fix. This is a well known update bug on this rather undeveloped info system. Share your findings when you learn. Cheers!!!
