Does anyone have the factory hitch package? Any cons other than perhaps price?

Anyone have an aftermarket hitch installed? Any issues?

Just looking at towing a small trailer/ camper.

I have the factory hitch, but I use it only to improve the looks of the car. I don’t have anything to tow. Attached are two pics of the tow hook I installed. It is solid metal and weighs about 20 pounds. Sure makes the back end of the car distinctive!
