Harsh shift and driveline bounce

2018 250 is anyone experiencing really harsh downshifts? I’ve taken it back to be dealer twice. The dealer and corporate determined it’s operating as designed but nearly every stop regardless the driver input I get a very harsh downshift under 15mph. It spoils the whole driving experience but a very real concern is this causing an uncontrolled slide on winter surfaces. Anyone else with or without this engine and trans combination experiencing the same thing and what have you done to mitigate the vehicle behavior? Any insight is greatly appreciated!
