Forward alert

My forward alert keeps switching itself off . And a multiple alarms comes up . Then the car will stop and not move . I restarted the car and it will not move or go into gear. I get out of the car lock it then wait a minute or two. Then start it up and all is ok . But the forward alert is off . This is not the first time . Type D180 HSE R DYNAMIC 2019/20
