Hi
This is my first post to this forum so thanks in advance to anyone gracious enough to reply!
I have an EPace on order (R Dynamic SE P250). We signed the contract and paid the deposit early January but I'm told not to expect it until the end of June. Is this worst case or standard? Has anyone been through the build process recently?

We had a few extras thrown in except one that I can't track down......the illuminated front grille badge. The page seems to have been removed (error 404 Page not found) from the Jag website. Does anybody have any ideas why they have removed this as an option?

Also, I am keen to tinker with the exhaust, (post cat converter) so basically a nice muffler to give it a subtle note hopefully similar to the Audi SQ5, if anyone has heard one of these beasts! Has anyone out there had any experience with a decent muffler to do the trick with any jag, not just an EPace? (I am in Brisbane, Australia by the way.)

Welcome to the forum and congrats on your order. I would say that 6 months is about the typical wait time from order place to delivery date, so long as everything goes smoothly. I know the illuminated grille badge is also offered on the I-Pace but not sure if that's been taken down as well. Quicksilver has made some nice exhaust systems for Jags in the past.

Glad to have a new member on the forum.
For all we know they might have discovered an issue with the illuminate grille and thus pulled it from the site which would be a typical practice.
So far i've been able to find it on Jaguar's main homepage but that's about it.

Hey there TGThree, welcome aboard. I know there were some limitations to that illuminated grille badge. It cant be used on any vehicles that have adaptive cruise control from what I've heard. The sensors are typically placed behind the Growler on models that have them. Its very easy to install yourself if you can find it elsewhere. There should be an empty plug in spot in the front wiring harness.

It might help to call up your local Jaguar dealership to confirm if the plug are there. Much easier to find this out before opening up stuff. The amount of information they sometimes give away is incredibly helpful and might be the case here.
