E-Pace bottom small grill section has come loose - help

Hi all

I have a 2019 E-Pace. I recently bumped into something in front of the car - there was no damage to the paintwork at all but the plastic section beneath the licence plate (looks similar to the grill section, but smaller) is loose and looks like it has unclipped. I can't see any damage to the clips, so it looks like it could click back into place.

I have tried clicking it back into place but my fingers are too big. Has anyone taken this apart and if so, is able to give me any tips on clicking it back together? Are there any tools that were useful?
