Terrible.
Did you speak to your dealer about it as yet?
I sense down the road Jaguar will just redesign the diffuser area to prevent it from happening.

Oh man, I'm sorry that happened to you. Hopefully Jaguar will take care of this quickly. How did it happen?

I guess we can say he's lucky it happened during the warranty term. Outside of it, would be VERY costly considering what has to be fixed/replaced.
