Guinness world records

Did you know that E-Pace has a Guinness world record? I just found this video of E-Pace doing barrel roll and setting an official GUINNESS WORLD RECORDS.

Yup, we saw this a long while back when the E-Pace was first introduced and it's no less amazing watching it now. But makes you wonder if they'll run out of records to break for their future releases.

Seems like it wasn't the first car barrel roll made... I found two more guys, who did it in the past but weren't added to Guinness Records book.

Its difficult enough that they had to make it into a complete stunt car with a stunt driver, anytime you do that, you are doing it with the intention that something could go wrong. I bet they even went so far to make sure it has a fuel cell instead of fuel tank, fuel cut off and other safety equipment.

Well, seems like the Top Gear guys' match wasn't on point!
But most of the time you don't expect to nail a roll like that without a few tries, same with the E-Pace. Landing on the wheels is the hard part.

Well, they can do the math on what needs to be done for a successful roll with little to no chance of messing up. When they have full control over the environment it being done in, there's almost no excuse for messing up if you think about it.

If the landing is the most important thing for Guinness record then Jaguar official video is a winner for sure. It was so smooth that I thought it's computer graphic.

Its nearly impossible to make it all seem real in a live environment with computer generated images, people will spot it right away and if they just did straight up graphics.... then it would have been better to not do it at all.
